✓ Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI) — use this to confirm any verbal instruction you receive on site in writing. Under JCT contracts, if the recipient does not dissent within 7 days of receiving your CVI, the instruction takes legal effect. This document alone could recover more than the price of this pack on a single disputed instruction.
